Present: Line Grønstad (leader) Francis Oloko Ragnhild Gjefsen As Faculty board member, Ragnhild guided Stip-HF through cases planned for the next Faculty board meeting, in order to get input. Gjenoppstartstipend – work on possibility of applying for an extra month of phd-period after sick/paternity leave over 6 months. Present: Magnus Halsnes (leader) Line Grønstad (secretary) Francis Oloko Marta Sánchez Salvà Stip-HF received the report for hearing: Rapport om fremtidig organisering og kvalitetssikring av forskerutdanningen ved UiB. The main point of the report is that the phd programme is suggested changed from one covering the whole of the university to faculty based phd programmes. Møtet begynte med besøk av den nye representanten for gruppe B i universitetsstyret, Synnøve Fluge. Fluge orienterte om strukturen på universitetsstyret og om handsaming av høyringsdokumentet om endringar i universitets- og høgskulelova. Vidare orienterte ho om møtet mellom representantane for gruppe B i dei ulike fakultetsstyra. Gruppe B-representantane planlegg å samlast regelbunde for å sikra kommunikasjon på tvers av fakulteta og i universitetsstyret.
