Abstract Stip-HF-meeting 11.05.2017

Tiemann has shown interest in the work of Stip-HF, and were invited to the meeting to learn more about it. Currently Stip-HF has six members, which is the maximum limit. However, if someone has to quit, Stip-HF may include new members. If not, members are elected at an annual general meeting for one year at a time, usually in the beginning of the year.

Uncertainty regarding factors for teaching across faculties. Line will contact the faculties to get the factors used.

Survey about supervising. Need to send out new survey. Ideally before summer. Will use the last one, with added questions to include the new mentor system for teaching. Also adjust questions on co-supervising. Magnus will make new survey, and distribute amongst the rest of Stip-HF before sending out before summer.

Faculty board upcoming election. Needs group B-representative (amongst others) to vote for. Magnus is thinking about running. Stip-HF need close contact with group B-representative.
