Spring 2024: Social activities! 

Stip-HF wants to invite you to our payday drinks:

• Monday, 12th February from 16.30 at Det Akademiske Kvarter.
• Tuesday, 12th March from 16.30 at Kolonialen.
• Friday, 12th April from 16.30 at Lucky.
• Monday, 13th May from 16.30 at Biskopen.

The payday drink events are low threshold events where you can connect with fellow PhDs and celebrate that we are getting paid. You will receive an e-mail before the events with more information.

Shut Up and Write!

Shut Up and Writes are an opportunity to get away from your office (and the people who know they can find you there) to focus on your research. As a group, we work on a task individually for 45 minutes and then take a 15 minute break.

• 30th April, 13:00—16:00, Sydneshaugen skole: Seminarrom K
• 14th May, 13:00—16:00, Dragefjellet skole: Seminarrom A

Further Shut Up and Writes will be held on alternate Tuesday afternoons.

Writing retreat!

Stip-HF will be holding a writing retreat on May 6th, 7th, and 8th at Christies gate 18! Join us for three days away from the responsibilities of your regular worklife to focus on writing (or, if you need it, researching) a text of your choice. The retreat will be kicked off by a talk from Jill Walker Rettberg on AI.
