Til stede: Magnus, Terje og Sara I samtalen med dekanatet var blant annet forskerskoler, opplæringsdelen i forskerutdanningen med fokus på overførbare ferdigheter, tverrfaglige/tverrfakultære møtepunkter og mentorordningen sentrale temaer. Ved UiB finnes det per i dag ett ph.d.-program, men dette vil bli endret slik at det vil komme flere ph.d.-program etter hvert. Under semesterets første Stip-HF samling var Magnus, Terje og Guro til stede og diskuterte følgende sak: Undervisning og pliktarbeid Følge opp spørsmål med tanke på forskjellsbehandling om faktorer og forberedning til undervisning. Mentorordningen er i gang og vi vurderer å gjennomføre en undersøkelse blant stipendiatene i neste år for å se om og hvordan den blir tatt i bruk.
