Agenda:

• Election of new Stip-HF members for 2019
• Discussion of the Duty work (working group presentation)

Presentation of Stip-HF (members, organization, working groups, committee work) and a short presentation of the sister organization UiBdoc

Election:

• 7 candidates for the election: Are (LLE), Christina (AHKR), Anna (AHKR), Dinara (SKOK), Juliane (LLE), Ragnhild (LLE), Wassim (IF)
  • 5 new candidates and 2 from Stip-HF
• Stip-HF for the year 2019 has the following members (no leader/secretary elected yet): Ragnhild, Juliane, Are, Wassim, Chrisitna, Dinara

 

Duty work

• Working group (Wassim, Ragnhild, Kimberly) present the results of the survey send out to Phd cand. at HF (47 responses)
• main point of the discussion is the amount of work done for teaching and the different experiences/information concerning the duty work plan
• this plan has to be worked out within 3 month of employment at UiB (there seems to be no set process for setting up the working plan across the faculties)
• we wish for a general framework concerning the duty work
• the results/discussion will be discussed further on Faculty level
