Present: Magnus Halsnes (leader) Line Grønstad (secretary) Francis Oloko Marta Sánchez Salvà Stip-HF received the report for hearing: Rapport om fremtidig organisering og kvalitetssikring av forskerutdanningen ved UiB. The main point of the report is that the phd programme is suggested changed from one covering the whole of the university to faculty based phd programmes.
