Welcome all PhD’s to this semesters’ Topic Day!
This English-language event is open to all PhD candidates at the Faculty of Humanities. All registered participants will receive a free lunch as well as coffee, tea, and snacks.
We hope to facilitate productive discussions around ways to plan progression in your PhD as well as options and solutions when facing a challenge. There will be information shared around mobility and funding options we have as PhD fellows, and a presentation by UiB Ferd about the resources they have on offer regarding developing our career prospects.

11:30 – 12:10 – Wellbeing and Progress in PhD: Balancing Life and Research (a conversation led by Yagmur)
12:10-13:00- Lunch break
13:00-13:30- Feedback and Requests/Checking in with other PhDs
13:30-16:30- Writing Time (Shut Up & Write style)
